Overall, it’s a functional device, but far from convincing. The visible parts are reasonably finished, yet the grip section and storage setup feel cheap, entirely plastic, and not very durable – it doesn’t fit the overall picture. The design is bulky and robotic. Movement sensitivity is fine, but the Follow-Me mode didn’t work because the remote wouldn’t pair. After-sales support explained that this requires a special button-press technique (which I haven’t tried yet). What really disappointed me: they are not even willing to send the correct remote with USB-C port, although this was clearly their mistake. Support feels weak and not customer-oriented. In conclusion, I wouldn’t buy this product again.
